Extraordinary coaching, great program to follow, great community. Everyone there is supportive and positive, and even having started a couple years ago at over 50 years of age, I feel younger and stronger, more flexible and confident than I have

He was born and raised in the beautiful island of Sardinia, in the Mediterranean Sea, where he attended the ISEF institute (the Physical Education faculty in Italy) before moving to Milano (Italy) to pursue his careers both as a pro football player and as a personal trainer/coach, and eventually moving to California to start his own CrossFit box and follow his dream! <br>Let~SQ~s hear it from the man himself: ~SQ~ i~SQ~ve been a personal trainer for the past 15 years, between California and Milano. Sports and physical fitness are my job now, but since i was 4 yrs old they have always been my biggest passion. I love all kind of outdoor activities, the sun, the sea, to travel and meet different cultures, to hang out with my friends, to eat and drink, but also to read and always learn new things, but most of all i love to discover new ways to challenge my body and learn different skills, every time i get a chance. I played in track&field and basketball at a competitive level, until one day, during college, i found out that football (not soccer) is played in Europe as well! It~SQ~s obviously not as popular over there as it is here in the U.S., but i fell in love with it at once, and it became my life for the following 10 years. I loved every second of my career as a player, having as much fun when i was playing for fun with my friends in my hometown as when i was playing in the italian or the european superbowl, but eventually i had to quit the game because it~SQ~s hard to make a living out of it in Italy, even if you play for the best team in Europe...not exactly the paycheck the NFL players get!! When i quit football i began dedicating my life to my 1on1 trainer job, loving it...but outside og my work i was lost, for the first time in my life i didnt have an athletic goal, a specific sport to focus my training on, i started running, playing beach volleyball, working out in the huge, luxurious, classy gym where i used to work, but nothing was as much fun as before...until the day that i came to visit my friend Paul, in California, and he took me to workout with him and his friends at BodyFit CrossFit, in San Jacinto. I had never heard about CrossFit at the time, but it had me right then and there. The moment i crossed the threshold of that small garage gym, i knew i had found my home. It turned my boring, old school workouts into an athletic challenge, and it changed my approach to fitness in the first place, to my job as coach later, and eventually to life itself!
